I grabbed a lot (my Walgreens was FULLY stocked); turn to page 29 in the Feb Coupon Booklet, which has a coupon for $1.00 Chapstick and has no limit specified. Have the cashier ring up your Chapstick, make sure they all ring up for $.99, hand over the coupon and… VIOLA! FREE Chapstick…. you shouldn’t have to pay tax either.
