I'm having a difficult time reviewing about.me because I want to use words like pure genius and WTH didn't someone come up with this sooner?!?! and WOW! This is gonna be HUGE!
I joined about.me yesterday because I joined a BZZ Campaign for BZZ Agent. I was able to quickly set up my on-line persona in a matter of minutes... you can check that out HERE.
What is about.me?
Upon joining, you will be directed to a blank canvas of sorts. Here, you can upload a photo... I haven't yet because I can't find the perfect one to showcase myself and my family so I settled on the ferris wheel photo that about.me provided.
Then you fill in your name, a headline, if you'd like and some information about YOU!
This is where you will then begin to question yourself... who am I? What do I enjoy doing? I am not my job so how do I put into words the type of person I really am?
I settled on a few words that I am happy with... for now. I will probably change them soon:-) along with the perfect me photo!
Anyway you can then LINK your Flickr, Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Instagram, Blog, ect... all to one place.

**** Oh and you can browse other people's about.me pages for inspiration and/or to find some pretty cool people! I stumbled upon The Blogess last night and fell in love with her wit and humor (she's pretty crass and uses dirty language but I don't mind that stuff)

I'm a BzzAgent also and set up my own about.me page. It definately is a good way to get more traffic to your sites.
